Sunday... God's day... since today in singapore so we went to singapore City Harvest Church... it's a big church...
last night i went online to check for CHC service time... when i went in their website i found that they are having celebrities weekend on this saturday and sunday... they are celebrating it at expo and jurong... and it's on Sunday...
they invited a lot of artist from taiwan, indonesia and singapore...
they are having this CW at jurong for the english service 12.30pm... but before that they hv it at expo 10am... since jurong is nearer so we went there for 12.30pm service...

first they have singer from indonesia... it's a group of three female... they have albums for pop songs and also producing hymns album recently... their voices very 'geng'... have a lot of energy...

then there's artist from taiwan... 刘畊宏... he sang church song in chinese... later he invited his wife... i forgot who is she but she's a miss '??'... haha... sorry... i thought his wife is a taiwanese but she's a not and still she's a member of CHC... then liu gen hong and his wife sang the song '幸福的距离' he used to proposed to his wife... and he proposed in jurong CHC... wow can't imagine it.... hahaa... he said that there are many artist from taiwan came to sing' with him for this CW but FIR went back this morning for their other function... so we missed it... haizz...

the producer came and introduced allan with his gf(miss singapore year ??), a member of CHC... he went to many places to share God's words and just came back from china... he said that he visited a school in china.... when he went to the toilet... he realised that the toilet have no water... then he told the principal... the principle then told him that not only the toilet but the whole school... they do not have water supply... so every morning they have to go to the water source (dunno where) to take water back to school for their daily use... very pity... the principal then ask him to help them build a paip that supply water from water source straight to the school so the students can have a more hygienic water... the school is really very poor... there are 200 students and the students are orphans... they are really really very pity... there is a girl whose mother went out to buy something but since then she didn't return and the girl lose her mother... this month allan is going to go there again with his gf to help them... then the producer ask his gf what is the best way to help them... she said the best way is accompany them... let them feel the warmth... the children there lost their parents and will feel left out so this is the best way... wow... really touching... it's really true...

later the producer very humour... he introduced a taiwan male singer by the song name (it's a very famous and nice song... i love it so much...) '孤单北半球'... then the producer ask us to recognise him by his melodious voice... hahaa... he sang the song at backstage... his voice really very nice... love his voice so much... the producer also say that he loves his voice so much and say wanna 'dui zui'.. hahaa... so funny... Ocean 欧得洋 sang beside him and he just move his mouth... haha... but quite accurate... then the producer ask him why all of his album use cartoon instead of himself... he said that his boss say that he looks like cartoon... haha... so funny... after that he sang his new song that haven't been out yet... it's '起飞' (a very nice song)...

then it's offering time... pastor tan give some talk then the 2nd half part begin...

they introduce the taiwan top break dance group TBC... their dancing is very 'geng'... very nice... they did ah wei's 'wind car'... very nice... another 1 did very very high standard post... very difficult but he did it very nicely... really have to give them 100%...

later they introduce 牛奶 ( 叶乃文 )... very handsome... cute... he's very talkative... haha.... when he finished his singing... he still not willing to go back... he keep talking talking talking... and ask us to go to his concert... haha... he sang '脱逃术' and his dance very nice... he even jump down about 5 steps of stairs from the stage and still very stable... very 'geng'... he's also very 'oi leng'... keep on finding the camera... haha... but he is really very very cute and handsome.... hehe...

then it's jacelyn tay from sing'... she's a young christian... she just believe in christ for 2 months... before that she is a strong buddhist... those christian that are intended to bring her to church and tell her about christ will not succeed... she said that she thought of changing those christian to buddhist... she also said that she's a stubborn person... she told us about how she becomes a christian... she's a good story teller... she makes us laugh... She told us about her bankruptcy period... she was very down that time... she said that anyone sho is down will seek for any God that can help... but she didn't... later she got jobs and she learn how to save money... she also said that all these was her good luck and she don't believe that God gave her those opportunities... later she opened a beauty shop... then in 2008 she had a dream about dragons and all those chinese fairy tale charactors... and also have white and green snakes... haha... really funny dream... and her dream came in 3 parts... each part came in about 2-3 weeks time... and the dream can continue... like a story... but then she did not care... then that time her friend send a card to her and there wrote ' i'm not a good friend of yours '... she ask her why... then she told jacelyn that she dreamed about church..." in the dream, there's 1 person tap on her shoulder asking her to pray for the person in front of her but she can't see who she is... so her friend did not care... and she woke up... when she wake up she felt guilty and so she prayed to God asking to let her know who is she... then she went back to sleep... this time her dream continued... and this time she looked up and saw jacelyn... after this dream she prayed for jacelyn..." jacelyn ask her sister who is a christian also about what's the meaning... but her sis ask her to wait and do nothing... haha.... she said that she and her sis will always fight about christian and buddist... when her sis have nothing to say, her sis will always say 'must have faith'... haha... then she throw the card away... the next day when she's in her room suddenly she heard a click sound and her light went off... of course she's scared but she challenged God... she said that she will not scared and if God is the real God then do something to let her believe... then she knew that this happens because she threw away the card... immediately she went to the waste paper basket to check... her maid threw all the rubbish but that card... wierd... then when she went back to her room, the light on suddenly without anyone clikcing on the switch... so on sunday she went to a church (to see who's the god)... then when everyone stand up to worship and praise god, she just sit down... later she saw all the hymns and bible in front of her so she took the bible out... she heard the story of adam and eve and the apple story and she feels that it's ridiculous and it's on the first book of bible... so she thought that the last book will also be the same... she simply open the bible and she opened the book revelation chapter 12 and she saw the word dragon... so she feel wierd ' what is this dragon doing in this 'ang mo' thingy '... so she read it... and.... it was her dream and that time the pastor was preaching about this chapter too... and after she heard it... her tears dropped and touched... from that day onwards she committed herself to christ... that's how she became christian... it's a funny way.... haha....

then it's time for 'miss'... there are 2 'miss'... miss singapore/universe 2006 and another miss sing'/world year??... they also shared their journey in taking part in the pageant competition... it's really very tough... but can gain a lot of knowledge in sosial communication...

the last part... it's miss indonesia 2008, Sarah... she's very pretty and her english very good... she has the slang... she also shared her competition jouney... she came from a originally christain family... her dad, mum, big brother are all pastors and now her little brother are also taking bible studies... later should also be a pastor... so she has some problem when she told her family that she wanted to take part in the pageant competition... but she prayed and she communicate with her parents well... she said that she wanna take the step out and share the good news with others... she went through more places... she gained a lot of advantage but also disadvantage.... when she is out in south africa... she has to rely on friends... but her friends drink, smoke, take drugs, porn, have free sex and etc... really very negative... some even betrayed their body and do anything just for fame... really unworthy... she's quite tempted to try... but then she think of her motive in taking part this competition... she doesn't want to become like her friends... became depraved.... so she advised her friends and pass God words to them... she did her job...

then we sang 'deeper in love with u' and the CW ended...
at level 4... those artist were there waiting for us to share their testimonies (now only i know those artist and singers are christians... how wonderful!!!)... haha... but we didn't went up... there's too many people crowded... so we went home...
